All mortgage bonds issued by Nordea Kredit are rated Aaa since 1 August 2003 with Moody's and AAA since 19 October 2004 with Standard & Poor's.

At end-2009 outstanding Nordea Kredit mortgage loans at nominal value totalled DKK 295.7bn.
