Tax residency outside Denmark?

A small number of our customers are subject to the tax rules of other countries. All banks are required by different laws and international agreements to collect information about their customers’ tax affiliation. We have to ask all customers to find out which tax rules they are subject to.

Here you can see the questions we will ask if you are subject to rules applying to people with tax residency in the USA or other countries, including the EU. On the right-hand side you will find links to the relevant laws and regulations.
